With Sprwt you can control the links in your navigation bar and footer.

To get started go to your admin dashboard > business settings > configuration > theme: navigation

You can create custom links that are on an external page by entering the URL with http(s)or use an internal link by just entering the name of the page.  You then enter the name of the custom link you want customers to see, for example Blog.

To edit what is visible in the header and footer, scroll down and click on the pages you want visible. Hit the checkmark to save and you're done!
