To get started go to admin dashboard > events > labor & equipment and click the add new expense button then follow the steps below.

Select the expense category: Labor or Equipment Name the expense

Labor

• Enter how much you charge per hour for the expense
• Enter how much it costs you per hour for the expense
• Enter what the minimum persons needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
• Enter what the minimum hours needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)

Equipment

• Enter how much you charge per hour for the expense
• Enter how much it costs you per hour for the expense
• Enter what the minimum quantity needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
