Custom Meal Builder

I'd like our client to have the ability to order additional veg in the custom meal builder. Sometimes a client wants Protein - no carbs - and veg. Right now they would only get 1 veg, but they should have the ability to choose 2 or more pieces of veg at an additional charge.
