It would be very good if you could add a custom $ charge option with capability to add a description. Kind if like a custom item with custom charge that is excluded from minimum purchase rule so we can trough the site charge customers for additional stuff along with this. I like to be able to operate bag charges in a reverse way! If we could not charge at front when placing an order but to be able to after delibery go trough a report and see how many bags were left behind and them charge customers who kept bags. During the resecion that extra dolar on cart matters and can be the difference between a sale and not. I dont like adding unnesesary charges to the cart. New customers dont understand the dynamics.
